How do you I connect to a wireless printer

How to Add and Manage Printers

Like I said earlier, Cloud Print is now part of the OS. In the past, this app is where you’d go to find and manage printers, but since it’s no longer a standalone product, all that stuff is now tucked away neatly in the Settings menu.

HP printers come with proprietary software designed to connect any mobile device to your printer effortlessly. The setup process is straight forward as well, as is outlined in this convenient setup HP Printer Support Number tutorial:

If you’re an Android newcomer, printing probably seems like a no brainer: click a menu, tap a command. But if you’re a longtime Android user, you probably remember how printing from your mobile got its start. The good news is it’s easier than ever to print from your Android device.

Printing on Android used to mean installing the janky Google Cloud Print app, then “sharing” whatever it is you’re trying to print with that app. It was a really roundabout and not-at-all-intuitive way to go about printing things from mobile. It just didn’t make sense.

To check your printer situation, first pull down the notification shade and hit the cog icon. On some devices, like anything running stock Android, you may need to pull it twice. This will get you into the Settings menu.

4. Setup:-

  1. Download Printer Share for Android using your computer (Mac or PC). Connect your Android phone to the computer and run the PrinterShare installer. Through the computer side of the program, select which printer to make available to the Android phone.

  2. Launch the PrinterShare app on the Android phone. Make sure that the computer is turned on, Wi-Fi is enabled, and the printer is turned on.

  3. In the PrinterShare app, select the icon for the type of file that you want to print. You can print pictures, Web pages, calendar entries, contacts, messages, your call log, Google Docs files, or PDF files.

  4. Depending on what you select, Printer Share will prompt you to navigate to the specific item to print. If the document has multiple pages, you can choose the pages to print. When you've made your selection, click the big Print button.

Android Mobile Setup:-

Google Cloud Print comes preinstalled on most Android devices, but you can download it manually.

  1. Once you have Google Cloud Print, open the app you're printing from and tap the three dots that indicate more options (usually in the upper right corner) to find and select the Print option.

  2. Identify or add a printer compatible with your device that's on the same shared Wi-Fi network.

  3. Once the printer is added, printing from your Android device should be self-explanatory.

IOS Mobile Setup:-

Apple's built-in AirPrint feature makes it easy to print directly from any iPhone or iPad without downloading additional drivers.

  1. You can only use AirPrint with printers compatible with Apple's technology. Check this list to make sure your printer is AirPrint-enabled.

  2. Make sure your phone and your printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.

  3. Next, open the app you want to print from and find the print option, which may be under Share, Print or Other Options. Tap Print or the printer icon and select Choose an AirPrint-enabled printer.

  4. You should be able to easily identify and select the printer of your choice (or add a new printer), specify your printing needs (number of copies, etc.) and send your job to the chosen printer.

If you're still having trouble using AirPrint, make sure you're running the latest version of iOS and that the app you're printing from doesn't have any updates available.
